We launched our business in 2012 as Ladder Now, initially with a focused service offering; we have evolved into much more. We have expanded well beyond that initial service offering and continue to successfully meet the needs of our insurance clients. In early 2020, we acquired HouseLens, a visual marketing services platform for the real estate industry located in Nashville, Tennessee. The company offers professional photo, video, drone and Zillow 3D tour creation. HouseLens has been serving realtors since 2008 and is now available in 32 metropolitan markets and growing.

Our new brand, Seek Now, better represents the range of services we offer today as well as our aspirations to further expand our capabilities within insurance, real estate and beyond.

Position Summary:
Seek Now is searching for a Customer Service Lead to drive improvements that support rapid growth while making and answering phone calls, providing excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with peers, artists, agents, vendors, and customers.

The ideal candidate has a true passion for delighting customers and demonstrates a servant mindset (works to ensure the success of others). This candidate likes to work with and motivate others to be their best selves every day. And, most of all, this person bleeds green and represents the best of Seek Now.

This role is based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Make outbound calls
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Monitor emails and requests
  • Verify appointment confirmations
  • Effectively lead, train, and peer coach
  • Partner with internal team to complete daily tasks
  • Escalate customer issues when appropriate
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the customer service industry required
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus

Work Environment:

  • Professional office environment
  • Mostly sedentary role

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
  • Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Position Type and Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and weekends as needed
