In early 2020, we acquired HouseLens, a visual marketing services platform for the real estate industry located in Nashville, Tennessee. The company offers professional photo, video, drone and Zillow 3D tour creation. HouseLens has been serving realtors since 2008 and is now available in 32 metropolitan markets and growing.
Our new brand, Seek Now, better represents the range of services we offer today as well as our aspirations to further expand our capabilities within insurance, real estate and beyond.
Position Summary:
Seek Now is searching for a Customer Success Representative to make and answer phone calls, provide excellent customer satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships with our customer base.
The ideal candidate has a true passion for delighting customers and demonstrates a servant mindset (works to ensure the success of others). This candidate likes to work with and motivate others to be their best selves every day. And, most of all, this person bleeds green and represents the best of Seek Now.
The CSR will engage directly with our outside customers, as well as Seek Now’s internal teams. The CSR performs detail-oriented work in multiple technological systems daily and is expected to contribute toward the attainment of specific productivity goals such as inbound/outbound call volume, lead management, and transaction volumes.
This role is based in Louisville, Kentucky.
