Job Description:

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage key account relationships and identify new business opportunities that drive revenue growth. You will be accountable for the sales strategy and engagement process for your accounts, with an eye towards driving successful sales adoption of Seek Now services in order to meet assigned revenue targets.

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Build trust and collaborative relationships with some of Seek Now’s largest Insurance accounts.
  • Educate and develop an account’s approach to capturing ground truth data and how Seek Now is in the best position to contribute to account’s overall objectives.
  • Develop clear account strategies that champion Seek Now services and identify/maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively with Seek Now executives and other team members, prepare adoption and utilization reports, build presentation decks, and lead quarterly business reviews with key account stakeholders.
  • Foster strong account direction within the Seek Now team, guiding clear account management in order to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams at Seek Now, including Product Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and Finance.


  • 3+ years of strategic account sales experience, selling products/services specifically to insurance carriers.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving account revenue growth.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic account projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solution-oriented sales philosophy built around asking questions, listening, and consultative selling.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.


  • 40-50% of travel time expected for position

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
  • Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines

Position Type and Hours:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. plus occasional weekends and evenings as needed
