Position Summary

Seek Now is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Salesforce Solution Manager to maintain, optimize, and support our Salesforce environment. This role will be an integral part in ensuring data integrity, providing first-level support to Salesforce users, and contributing to the success of our Salesforce-driven initiatives as we continue to grow.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform features, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration options, including flows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Previous experience or training in Salesforce administration is a plus (e.g., Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of the insurance or technology industry is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiate, learn quickly, and work independently.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or willingness to pursue certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and other advanced Salesforce features.
  • Understanding of data management practices and data integrity within Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Salesforce Solution Manager in the administration and configuration of Salesforce to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support user management including creating and managing user profiles, roles, permissions, and access settings.
  • Help maintain and troubleshoot Salesforce data quality and integrity by managing reports, dashboards, and data imports/exports.
  • Participate in the customization and configuration of Salesforce workflows, process automation, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical support, and ensure Salesforce meets business needs.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve user-reported issues, and provide ongoing user training and support.
  • Maintain and update documentation on Salesforce configurations, processes, and system changes.
  • Assist in testing and deploying new features, updates, and enhancements in the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging trends in the insurance and technology sectors.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities currently.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years’ hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or a related role. Practical experience with Salesforce configuration and customization is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with approximately 5% travel requirement to office headquarters currently located in Louisville, Kentucky and Atlanta, Georgia.
  • May require occasional weekend or evening availability based on deployment/maintenance schedule or other business needs.

Physical Demands:

  • Typical in-office activities (sitting, standing, and walking).
  • Must be able to routinely use standard office equipment.

Travel:

  • 5% Travel Requirement for occasional meetings/events at headquarters.
