Position Summary:
Seek Now is searching for a Call Center Supervisor to drive improvements that support rapid growth while making and answering phone calls, providing excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships with peers, artists, agents, vendors, and customers.

Position Type and Hours:
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and rotating weekends
Essential Functions & Duties:
- Monitors area of expertise (Special Team, Claims Distribution, Same Day Cancellations)
- Scheduling-shifts team member assignments as needed. Keep an eye on OT.
- Culture-Watches team morale
- Run daily shifts, ensure productivity
- Conduct training as necessary
- Responsible for adhering to the departmental budget
- Make staffing recommendations
- Carry out performance evaluations
- Recommend salary adjustments
- Read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals
- Routinely writes detailed reports and correspondence to questions and/or complaints
- Routinely solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Skilled in organization and prioritization
- Ability to stay calm in a stressful, busy environment
- Ability to shift from one area to another with minimal training
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with groups of customers, clients and managers and/or employees of an organization
