As our Lead Analytics Engineer, you’ll be the foundational member of this team, owning our data analytics strategy, designing scalable data models, and delivering powerful insights that drive business decisions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with the ability to help shape the company’s data-driven future.
What You’ll Do:
• Define & Lead – Be the architect of our analytics function, designing and implementing scalable data models to power decision-making.
• Develop Modern BI Solutions – Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations (Power BI preferred, but Tableau/Looker experience is great too).
• Be a Data Evangelist – Partner with stakeholders to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
• Drive Innovation – Leverage statistical models, SQL, and Python/R to extract trends and craft data-driven strategies.
• Shape the Future – Lay the groundwork for how data is used across the company, influencing high-stakes decisions that drive growth.
What You Bring:
• Experienced – 5+ years of Experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Education – Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline)
• Deep BI Expertise – You’re a pro at building intuitive dashboards and data visualizations, ideally in Power BI.
• SQL Mastery – Writing efficient, scalable queries is second nature to you.
• Analytics & Stats Know-How – A strong foundation in statistical models and data analysis.
• Coding Chops – Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Stakeholder Whisperer – You can navigate business needs, gather requirements, and tell compelling stories with data.
• Strategic Mindset – You don’t just answer questions—you anticipate them and proactively provide insights.
